About 1,800 risk and insurance professionals will meet again. Attendance is free for Airmic members and more than 55 hours of CPD are available. Here is a preview. More news coming soon.
Members only day
Day 1 is for members only, with themed networking lunches with six exclusive partners. There will be a keynote address followed by the AGM.
Fit to manage risk
Day 2 starts with a 5km run along the River Mersey, and yoga and tai chi sessions to keep attendees in good form.
A highlight of the programme will be a diversity and inclusion keynote panel moderated by Dexter Tang. Dexter is the Global Equity Compliance EMEA Lead at Google based in Dublin and a member of Google’s global equity management team. He is group diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) advocate for Google Finance in the region.
On day 2, partner panels will cover five key topics :
- cyber risk and insurance;
- the future of the insurance market;
- national resilience;
- supply chain;
- purpose – reporting the Airmic survey.
The learning hubs are back. Short education sessions will cover technology, people, supply chains, and systemic and emerging risks underwriting. In the exhibition space, there will be an ESG hub featuring 20-minute TED-type talks.
Day 3 features the insurance leadership panel debate. This isn’t a new item for an Airmic conference, but probably the most timely in 20 years.
We look forward to seeing Airmic members and other risk professionals in person again.
