This is a temporary contract for an insurance administrator to support Group Insurable Risk team in BAE Systems until the end of the 2019 to cover maternity leave.
The position is for insurance administrator which is part of the business support team of four people that support the Group Insurable Risk department by:
• Utilising and maintaining the risk management system (Riskonnect) that is used by the department to record all information about the group insurance policies
• Sharepoint management, company branding of documents, expenses and intranet updates
• Review, analysis and reporting of data about the businesses (including sales, headcount, payroll, property values) in the risk management system
• Support with insurance renewals, certificates, insurer non disclosure agreements, premium allocations, policy documentation, premiums and claims analysis
