Book now for the chance to improve your technical and personal professional fitness.

The future of the profession, technical knowledge and leadership skills are taking centre stage at Airmic’s fastTrack Forum, which takes place in London on 10 March. Registration is now open.

Airmic's one-day fastTrack conference is designed for those who are new to the profession or anyone who would benefit from learning about the fundamentals of risk and insurance.

Responding to member feedback, the workshops will focus on technical and personal skills. The technical fitness sessions will cover analytics, cybercrime, geopolitics and dealing with a major loss. The personal fitness sessions will cover professional growth, investing in yourself, expressing yourself and influencing others.

The results of Airmic’s member survey on the future of the risk profession will be put under the spotlight by Amanda Scott, head of talent at Willis Towers Watson, in the opening keynote. Drawing on the findings of the research, she will discuss how workplace behaviours and expectations are changing. Businesses that fail to understand the broader social and economic forces at work in their country or community are increasingly exposed to interconnected political risk – of which Brexit serves as a perfect example, she will argue.

In the second keynote, Michelle Elstein, founder of Courageous Co, will focus on how to develop yourself as a leader. She will explain personal bench marking, and explore how to understand where your strengths lie and where you may wish to invest in yourself.

As one of the only conferences of its kind tailored for the younger or less experienced risk professional, the fastTrack Forum has become one of the most popular events on the risk management calendar.Click here for more information or to register.
