ERM Forum programme announced

Published on Tue, 24/07/2018 - 09:52

Bookings have opened for the 2018 ERM Forum, which takes place in London on November 6. Now a regular feature of the Airmic calendar, the event is free to all members, but spaces are limited.

Themed 'The Transforming Risk Manager', it is aimed at professionals who have or aspire to strategic Enterprise Risk Management roles within their organisations.

After a key note presentation from the Director of the Wellcome Trust Professor Jeremy Farrar, the day will be devoted to plenary and workshop sessions on a  wide variety of topics including GDPR, people risk, risk maturity and managing the media. New for 2018 will be an ERM Masterclass running across the morning and afternoon workshop slots, providing two and a half hours of interactive education facilitated by Glasgow Caledonian University.

"The ERM Forum has become a much valued Airmic event, and a great place to exchange ideas and help develop careers," said deputy CEO and technical director Julia Graham. "The prospects for ambitious risk managers who have the right skills are almost limitless, and the Forum is intended to help members rise to the challenge".
