Members invited to Airmic and WTW thought leadership seminar

Airmic members are invited to a thought leadership seminar on how disruption is driving fundamental change within business and society.

The half day event, on 18 September, is the result of a collaboration between Airmic and Willis Towers Watson's Gender Equity Network. The seminar will explore how disruption - from technological innovation to increased longevity - is challenging traditional assumptions in business and the workplace.

It will include subjects such as gender equality, skills and age diversity, career development and how to support a work / life balance. It will encourage participants to challenge their own assumptions and norms.

The Gender Equity Network is a community within Willis Towers Watson committed to accelerating gender balance. It creates awareness for the advancement of women within WTW, as well as supporting the company achieve its Paradigm for Parity commitment.
