Michelle Elstein, founder of Courageous Co. and a corporate energiser, will call on delegates to discover and embrace their leadership potential in a plenary session at the fastTrack Forum on 10 March.

Ms Elstein has more than twenty years of private corporate sector experience, including influential senior roles in international organisations such as Linklaters, Lehman Brothers, Olswang, Morrison & Foerster and Kleinwort Benson.

The presentation, from 10.10 - 10.45am, will include the 7 Attributes of Brilliant Leadership and encourage delegates to benchmark themselves.

“In this session, delegates will be challenged to think about where they need to invest in themselves to become the most brilliant leader they can be," Ms Elstein tells Airmic News. "Leadership is not about status, it’s about ability to create impact and value by working with, and influencing, others."

The 2020 fastTrack Forum will have a strong focus on personal development, with the results from Airmic's Future of the Profession survey to be presented by Amanda Scott, Head of Talent at Willis Towers Watson, and an afternoon plenary on Communicating with Confidence, presented by Joel Trill, a tutor at Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts - RADA.

The full programme and registration for the fastTrack Forum, held at Willis Towers Watson, 51 Lime Street, London, can be found here.
