Airmic welcomes three new sponsors

Airmic has welcomed two new insurance companies - MAPFRE and Tokio Marine Kiln - as Associate Partners with immediate effect, the association has announced.

MAPFRE, a Spain-based insurer, is looking to expand its UK presence, and has recently opened its first UK office in Fenchurch Street. Tokio Marine Kiln operates within both the Lloyd's and company markets and is well-known for developing bespoke and innovative covers.

Airmic also announced that Paragon has become an official Preferred Service Provider. Paragon is a niche brokerage with a strong reputation for specialty risks.

"We have been extremely impressed by all three businesses, and are delighted to welcome them into the Airmic community," Airmic CEO John Ludlow said. "They each have different strengths which will bring invaluable expertise and support to our membership."
