Partnership will bring "new perspective" to members

Ankura, a business advisory firm, has joined Airmic as an Associate Partner, the association has announced.

The firm’s expertise spans a huge spectrum of services, increasingly relevant to the membership. Airmic is encouraging members to shift from being technical specialists to strategic business partners to their business. Ankura’s services, which range from strategic planning and business model development to geopolitical intelligence and operational resilience, will support that journey.

“Broadening the expertise of our partnerships to ensure we support the full spectrum of our members’ needs is a priority, and Ankura is the perfect example,” John Ludlow, Airmic CEO commented. “I’m thrilled to welcome them to Airmic and am very much looking forward to working with them.’

Members of the Ankura cyber security business will be attending Airmic’s annual conference in Harrogate. Their experts provide specialised services including data breach investigations, digital forensics and cyber due diligence. The team will be taking part in the Wednesday morning panel debate on whether cyber insurance is fit for purpose. They will also be presenting at the Learning Hub, exploring best practice for dealing with ransomware and destructive attacks.

“Cyber security is a fast-changing and hugely challenging area for risk professionals. Ankura’s experts have extremely impressive experience responding to cyberattacks and their support and insights will be invaluable to our members,” Mr Ludlow added.
