Working in tandem with Lorna Feeney of Marsh's short mindfulness presentation this 15 minute video discusses mindfulness and the benefits it brings. Mindfulness is the practice of purposely bringing one's attention in the present moment without judgment, a skill one develops through meditation or other training.
