Join AIRMIC members for an in-person roundtable hosted by Hogan Lovells, focused on demystifying Directors & Officers (D&O) insurance.
The event will commence with a short presentation covering practical D&O issues such as the scope and limitations of D&O insurance cover, tips for purchasing and renewing your D&O cover, considerations relating to exclusions and write-backs, and the interplay with professional indemnity insurance.
The session will then open into an interactive roundtable discussion, exploring current challenges such as civil litigation risks, AI and cyber exposures, ESG developments, and emerging liability trends and the extent of protection D&O policies offer against these risks. Delegates will gain actionable insights into coverage, exclusions, and best practices for directors and officers, with opportunities to discuss real-world scenarios and share experiences with peers.
