Academy Workshop: Captives and Employment Benefits Introduction

Improving the financing of your employee benefits (EB) risks can be a daunting task. If you have considered adding life, accident, disability and medical to your captive but you aren’t sure on how to get started, then consider joining the MAXIS team for an interactive session. During the day you will find out all about how to get started on an EB captive journey.

We will introduce you to the different lines of EB business, the challenges captives face and trends to keep in mind for the future. We will be joined by one of our multinational’s that has gone down the captive route before, who will share their experience of their journey to adding EB to the captive. 

This interactive session will work as an open conversation to allow you to ask questions you may have on starting this journey.

3. Identify some of the challenges of starting an EB captive programme
4. Recognise the roles of different stakeholders in an organisation and how they play their part in managing global EB programmes (Risk, Finance, HR etc)
