Airmic Academy off to a flier following member feedback

Airmic Academy, the much valued series of workshops for members, continues to go from strength to strength. It attracted 70 attendees in January, more than double the 2013 total.

The numbers rating the session ‘very good’ has risen from 25% to 55% in just six months, whilst none of the feedback forms registered ‘poor’ during January compared to 5% previously.

Academy director David Gamble believes this improvement is down to the new role of the Learning and Development committee in ensuring that member feedback is taken into account when putting together the workshop programme.
