Aviva Risk Management Solutions (ARMS)

ARMS are an integral part of our CSR proposition and are one of the largest and most highly regarded operations of its kind in the UK. Our clients will benefit from our extensive resources and services, many of which are included in the premium they will pay.

From outset we select a risk engineer who has relevant experience and knowledge of our clients sector to act as a dedicated point of contact. Their role is to work with our clients to understand their current risk management approach and complement this; we will then agree the right approach and identify any areas in which we can assist our clients risk management programme.

Where appropriate, we will also provide additional industry best practice guidance and the benefit of our wider industry claims experience knowledge.

Tailored Claims service

Our dedicated, tailor made claims service is built around our clients and their requirements.
