Aviva Risk Management Solutions (ARMS)
ARMS is an integral part of our Global Corporate & Specialty proposition and our team is the largest of its kind in the UK; providing services globally using our field engineering network. We employ over 100 risk consultants including specialists in Property, Business Interruption, Protection Systems, Liability, Motor and Construction.
From outset we select a risk engineer who has relevant experience and knowledge of our clients sector to act as a dedicated point of contact. Their role is to work with our clients to understand their current risk management approach and complement this; we will then agree the right approach and identify any areas in which we can assist our clients risk management programme.
We know from experience that companies who manage risks well increase their chances of success in the market so, where appropriate, we will also provide additional industry best practice guidance and the benefit of our wider industry claims experience knowledge to better protect our clients’ people and assets.
