This session is designed to de-mystify the topic as far as possible and to provide guidance as to how to navigate the polices and what to look for. It will include an introduction to the subject topic through providing practical guidance as to how the policy is structured, how large programmes with multiple insurers are created, what is covered, how the policy operates, and how to make a claim. It will include a review of some of the questions, those insured might ask.
