Testing your crisis management skills - an interactive scenario

Disruptive incidents can happen anywhere, anytime. Airmic member organisations are increasingly global and therefore managing these incidents required an effective and coordinated response that can mitigate the business interruption and reputational impact. This immersive workshop will test participants on their incident management and communication skills over an interactive scenario.      

The scenario will focus particularly on the duty of the organisation to its people. Participants will consider: 

• Roles and responsibilities 
• Assessing the impact of a crisis 
• Implementing control measures 
• The interaction of the risk management function with other unties including corporate security and business continuity
