Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate, collate, analyse and review risk assessment information from the individual Reckitt business units
• Maintain and develop risk information databases using the Risk Management Information System (RMIS)
• Compile and prepare insurance market submissions
• Support policy placement process and the administration of the insurance programmes
• Respond to queries from the business and providing advice
• Compile premium allocations and deal with internal premium allocation and accounting queries
• Laise with captive to ensure accurate premium collection.
• Support claims handling activities
• Liaise with insurance brokers to ensure all policy documentation received in a timely manner and checked for accuracy
• Provide data support with acquisition and divestiture activities.
• Assist with Reckitt’s US insurance programmes including US stakeholder management. Certificate issuance process, renewal data collation, market submission, claims, invoicing, collaterals.
• Collaborate with members of other corporate teams including Finance, Legal, Environment Health & Safety, and Human Resources

You’ll succeed because…

• You are educated to degree standard, preferably in a relevant area of study
• You have a Professional Qualification – ACII or DipCII or making progress towards
• You have experience in corporate insurance/risk management within a large commercial organisation or international insurance broker or insurer - minimum 5 years
• You ideally have experience of working on global insurance programmes
• You have experience of placing insurance and full end-to-end renewal processes
• You have experience of best practice global insurance, loss prevention, risk engineering and claims handling practices
• You have broad technical insurance policy knowledge
