As Insurance Analyst, you will help define, shape, and influence key strategic choices and decisions supporting Heathrow’s annual insurance programme renewals with specific regard to liability, property, and motor classes. You’ll be responsible for obtaining and analysing asset and activity data through a comprehensive, companywide engagement programme – this is pivotal as part of Heathrow’s annual insurance renewal process. And you will devise and implement the claims management strategy for Heathrow which forms a key input into the wider Insurance Purchasing strategy.
In this varied and hands-on role, you will be responsible for all claims’ activities focusing on the management and reporting; you will gain a detailed understanding of each claim and will ensure all claims’ processes and procedures are rigorously updated and documented.
