The perception is that the insurance market is softening, though a significant number of respondents still believe market conditions will deteriorate this year. Even as the pace of increase in directors’ and officers’ liability insurance (D&O) premium rates is slowing, challenges in cyber continue.
Challenges for the insurance market include global instability and market volatility which affect underwriting decisions, as well as the need for better understanding and insurance support for ESG initiatives. The panel will discuss the results of the recent Airmic pulse survey.
