How to collaborate effectively with your corporate security team

It is fundamental that Insurance teams involve their ERM colleagues in insurance purchasing.  This session will look at how Airmic members can translate the work that these teams do in order to achieve benefits, such as cost savings, in the insurance placement process.

Using Corporate security as an example, the session will use practical examples to demonstrate how risk managers can work with their colleagues for maximum gain, including:

• How insurance managers can effectively communicate to and understand the role of their security counterparts
• How the two can collaborate to improve incident response and crisis management 
• Improving insurance submissions and underwriter understanding for crime, terrorism, kidnap and ransom policies 
• Achieving insurance premium savings and developing innovative insurance products
