As VP of Group Insurance and Risk your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Essential:

• Experience Insurance professional ideally with either ACII OR FCII
• Risk Management experience (AIRM OR FIRM desirable)
• Negotiation skills
• Project management skills
• Problem solving and strategy skills

Desirable:

• Experience of aviation/aerospace or related industry
• Captive insurance experience
• Loss Prevention and Business Continuity management experience

As VP of Group Insurance and Risk your main responsibilities will involve:

• The management of all corporate insurance programmes, including claims.
• Acting as the Company’s representative on other key insurers ‘groups
• Co-ordinating insurance brokers and insurers to ensure the provision of a full insurance service to businesses within the Group
• Co-ordinating insurance related loss prevention programmes.
• Advising on insurance and related clauses in new contracts
• Reporting regularly to management on the Insurance and Risk Management Programme.
