We are currently looking for experienced Risk Managers or Risk Management Consultants to join our successful and growing Risk Advisory & Analytics team. We are looking to bring additional skills and knowledge to our expanding team to enhance our diversity and provide a better service for our clients. These are full-time permanent positions and offer the option of working from 8 different office locations (London, Birmingham, Amersham, Bristol, Cheltenham, Glasgow, Liverpool and Leeds) as well as the option of home working via WorkSmart.

Responsibilities

As experienced Risk Managers, it is assumed that the role holders will have developed at least one area of expertise, which could relate to the areas above. Or it may relate to something similar, for example, an industry specific risk specialism, supply chain, ESG, Insurance, Financial Services or Compliance.  As subject matter experts, the role holders will support clients and team members in their areas of expertise. This may be in-house at a client organisation whilst on a secondment; as support on a project pertaining to their specific area of expertise; or as a contributor to a broader multi-discipline client project. Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Support and delivery of work on client projects;
  • Designing and implementing frameworks and processes;
  • Drafting and editing technical documents, guides and policies;
  • Liaising with software engineers and data analytics teams to build client dashboards;
  • Liaising with clients including delivery of client presentations and workshops; and
  • Contributing to thought leadership and value proposition design for Risk Advisory & Analytics.

Key Deliverables (Objectives)

  • Provide support for and delivery of Risk Advisory & Analytics client projects;
  • Enhance the value proposition with new subject matter expertise;
  • Draft technical documents and templates for projects and online client libraries;
  • Promote and educate others about the subject matter and related propositions.

 

Qualifications

We are looking to recruit for several roles. You will ideally have extensive experience across all areas of enterprise risk management plus at least one of the following:

 

  • Risk Maturity;
  • Risk Governance;
  • Controls and Assurance;
  • Risk Automation;
  • Risk Transformation;
  • Data insights and analytics modelling
  • Business Continuity;
  • Crisis Management;
  • Operational Resilience.

 

Preferred but not essential if equivalent experience held:

  • Qualifications for area of expertise (For example MSc Risk Management, ARM, Cert CII, IRMcert, CBCI);
  • Membership of professional body (For example Airmic, BCI, CII, IIRSM, IRM).
