•    Assisting commercial and operational teams with questions around coverage / terms. 
•    Assess the risk of any given transaction/ trade flow, and provide advice on insurance / risk mitigation. 
•    Manage insurance premium verification / payments / allocation. 
•    Consult with the broker to resolve more complex issues. 
•    Manage claims negotiations with brokers, and information gathering from / support to internal teams.
