Specsavers are now recruiting for a Group Insurance Manager based out of Guernsey to lead and manage the Insurance team being responsible for their PDP’S, objective setting and bonus recommendations. You will work alongside the Head of Insurance, Technical Insurance Manager, Commercial Claims Manager and senior leaders within the business to ensure that the delivery of the service is aligned to business objectives.

A key part of the position will be to review, design, develop and implement a sustainable strategic plan to manage the delivery of commercial insurance needs across the group ensuring that schemes are coordinated whilst dealing with commercial insurance renewal processes including involvement with brokers, insurers and third parties.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyse complex problems and possess strong negotiation skills tie sure that the Group benefits from the best value relationships with its supplier partners.
