We are now recruiting for a Business Continuity Manager based out of our Whitely office in Southampton to provide leadership and management to the Business Continuity/Incident Management Team at each site ensuring high standards of BC management are provided and that our people have appropriate support and advice. You will also play a pivotal role in leading and developing the BC steering group collaborating with senior leaders within the business to ensure that the delivery of the service is aligned with the expectations of the business. You will also play a key role in implementing a five-year strategic plan to manage the BC function across the business providing a commercial oversight of areas of spend.

The ideal candidate will have a background working within a continuity position in a multisite business with strong interpersonal skills together with the ability to influence effectively at all levels of the business.
