Reputation Institute is looking to hire a Director, Reputation Risk and Financial Management to further develop and expand our business within Reputation Risk and Financial Management.

Ideal candidates have in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management processes, financial analysis of companies, and valuation of intangible assets.

This Director will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and be directly involved in the strategic development of this business line.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Further develop our approach to Reputation Risk and Financial Management and bring this to market
  • Engage in conversations with clients, and partners to position Reputation Institute as an expert in Reputation Risk and Financial Management
  • Execute on Reputation Risk projects for clients
  • Develop partnership agreement with other companies in the Risk and Financial management industry to bring our product to market
  • Be the subject matter expert on Reputation Risk and Financial Management
  • Build a team to service and develop the product and clients

Professional Qualifications

An ideal candidate will possess:

  • Advanced degree in Finance or Business
  • 10 + years' experience working in the industry or a similar position
  • Strong analytical skills and experience
  • International work experience working with team members and clients
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to effectively communicate to key stakeholders and team members; ability to simplify and explain complex analyses
  • Executive presence – strong presenter able to professionally interface with clients and key executives
  • Results oriented, problem solver; strategic and analytical thinker and great collaborator
  • Flexible, self-motivated, curious, and willing to continually develop in order to solve problems and drive results
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work in Boston is required

Compensation

This role encompasses a compensation package including a competitive salary and a semi-annual performance bonus plan.
