In this session Tom Teixeira will explore the various methodologies and tools that can be used to help foster resilience throughout an organisation by focusing on improvements to governance systems. We will discuss early warning systems that act to keep organisations resilient, with an emphasis on the development and utilisation of key risk indicators and horizon scanning processes and how AI can be used to support these processes to improve efficiency.
By the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Explain the key elements of an Early Warning System (EWS) including horizon scanning process and how it can benefit an organisation.
- Develop initial key risk indicators for your organisation
- Analyse the ways in which artificial intelligence can be used to enhance the governance and early warning systems within your organisation
- Explain the benefits of an integrated resilience dashboard focused on key risks
