Airmic Members Claims Survey - Follow Up

Following the claims survey in January 2011, two things came out very strongly.
1. Non-Disclosure is a very significant cause of claims problems with over 11% of members reporting a claim challenge on these grounds in the last 2 years.
2. Reservation of Rights is still a big problem with 36% of members reporting a RofR notification in the last 2 years, despite the voluntary market agreement two years ago.
As a result, we would like to do some further work on both of these issues in 2012 and to help us focus our efforts.
