Airmic is pleased announce the launch of it’s inaugural Mentoring programme.

Mentoring gives the younger Airmic members the opportunity to tap into the wealth of knowledge and expertise within the senior membership of Airmic. Mentoring schemes can often be found within member companies, but risk and insurance roles are often within comparatively small teams and often internal mentoring does not work in practise. However, a fellow member working in a different organisation can provide the objective guidance that is required.

All those interested in mentoring can register their interest in either being mentored (mentee) or being a mentor below.

The detailed questions enable Airmic to suitably match mentors with mentees and all information will be kept in strictest confidence.

For all attending the conference, there is an introductory session being held at 13:30 on Tuesday 7 June. Can all those interested in attending this session please check the appropriate box on the application form.
