Head of Risk

Salary Package: £55-60,000 p.a.

We are a successful mutually owned building society, with growing profitability, increasing capital and satisfied Members.

We are now looking for an executive level Head of Risk, who is likely to have compliance and accounting experience, to help us continue to develop in this challenging marketplace. A key deliverable of the role will be to implement risk best practise in an operational environment, to facilitate better management for the benefit of our members.

We are seeking suitably qualified candidates with specific experience in the following risk areas:

• Operations
• Credit
• Balance Sheet

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Executive and have substantial interaction with the Board and various Committees.
